I had an amazing experience with the Pirate taxi. I am a frequent traveller to the islands and I think so far Pirate taxi is the most convenient, friendly and professional water taxi company in Toronto. They drive their business with keeping their customer as top-most priority including their safety especially during this unprecedented time of COVID-19. I tried other taxi companies especially Tiki Taki taxi and had an awful experience due to their rude customer service. In my opinion, Pirate taxi is the proper option if you want to travel to the islands with your family (they are the only company with atleast two docking points in mainland) I forgot to mention how you get a good quality face mask when you ride with them. I would definitely recommend this service over any other fancy water taxi company any day!
“We” booked a water taxi to travel to the Island with our 8 dogs, 5 Kayaks and 1 paddle board. All staff were super helpful
and patient as we loaded and unloaded our “stuff” We had a great time paddling all around the Island! We will be back-

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars! These guys were so helpful after I lost my backpack! They took me back and forth to the Island then made an extra stop to a private dock to allow me to retrieve it!! If you need a Water Taxi, Pirate Taxi is the one you need!!
I think they are one of the best taxi services here! Super friendly and do their best to accommodate! I left my bag with literally all my essentials in the boat but Rob (my taxi guy) and the guy at the Harbour were super helpful and made me feel relaxed! Amazing experience and great service! Rob was a great sailor and made my ride a bit more enjoyable! Highly recommended!! @piratetaxi: I never knew that’s where your location is! Please help the public know your exact location!!
Used the pirate taxi service twice. So accommodating for our group who required our kayaks and dogs to be taxied.Driver was very friendly and picked us up when we requested. Definitely recommend them!
